The facility is easily located on the eastern side of the Clocktower above the Everard Read Art Gallery sign on the 1st floor. It can also be found by following the clearly marked signs around the Clocktower area at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town or by asking any of the V&A staff.  MTI can now also be found at the following Medi-Clinic Hospitals: Sandton Medi-Clinic, Pietermaritzburg Medi-Clinic, Pretoria Kloof Hospital, Nelspruit Medi-Clinic, Vereeniging Medi-Clinic and Brits Medi-Clinic.
